The office atmosphere is great; everyone is easy to talk to and is approachable. I really feel like we are seen as members of staff, and not just seen as grads. There are also so many opportunities.

Dorothy, Graduate Journalist (2018 program)

Investments in training programs, mentoring networks and the Group’s performance management process will ensure graduates receive the vital support needed to develop their careers. GlobalData is also committed to supporting graduates in attaining professional qualifications where relevant.

Joining the Group as a graduate you will typically tasked with a range of responsibilities dependent on the program you choose. You will be guaranteed responsibility from day one, whether this is creating content, working on projects with clients or driving revenue.
