China Coal Energy Co Ltd (China Coal), a subsidiary of China National Coal Group Corp, is a coal mining company. It offers engineering and technological service businesses comprising coal production and trading, coal chemical, coal mining equipment manufacturing, pit mouth power generation, coal mine design. It carries out mining and processing of coal, sale of coal, and coal-chemical products, manufacturing and sale of coal mining machinery and finance services. The company’s coal and coal chemical products include coke, thermal coal, coking coal, methanol, urea, polyethylene, and polypropylene. China Coal also manufactures heavy-duty armored face conveyor, hydraulic roof support, electric shearer, thin coal seam plough, and mining chain. It also carries out the power generation activities.
