It carries out the purchase, sale, storage, and logistics of transportation of US and Canadian petroleum and allied products. It also involves in the transportation of petroleum products and renewable fuels through rail from the mid-continent region of the US. The company owns, controls, and holds access to one of the largest terminal networks of refined petroleum products and renewable fuels in the northeast US. Global Partners offers these services to a diverse base of customers, including independent heating oil dealers, gasoline and diesel fuel distributors, state and municipal agencies, public utilities, and large commercial organizations throughout the northeast US. It is also a distributor of natural gas and propane. Global Partners is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, the US.
