Hecla Mining Co (Hecla) is a precious and base metals mining company. It is involved in evaluation, acquisition, development, production and marketing of gold, silver, zinc and lead concentrates. The company’s operating mines include Greens Creek, Lucky Friday, and Casa Berardi. Hecla’s exploration projects in the US include Silver Valley in Idaho; Aurora, Fire Creek, Hatter Graben, Hollister, Midas, and Monte Cristo in Nevada; San Juan Silver in Colorado; and Republic in Washington. In Canada, the company’s exploration projects include Kinskuch, British Columbia; and Heva-Hosco and Opinaca/Wildcat in Quebec. It also operates the San Sebastian exploration project in Durango, Mexico. It distributes products in the US, Mexico, Korea, Canada, China, Netherlands, and Japan. Hecla is headquartered in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, the US.
