Hengyuan Refining Company Bhd (HRC), a subsidiary of Malaysia Hengyuan International Ltd, is an oil refining company that produces a diverse range of petroleum products. It refines crude oil sourced from Malaysia, the Middle East and Africa and the Far East at its Port Dickson refinery.
