It also carries out exploration and production in India and other countries. The company operates refineries in Mumbai and Visakhapatnam in India. It also has liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) bottling plants and lube blending plants. HPCL’s distribution and marketing infrastructure includes product pipelines, LPG storage facilities, terminals, aviation service stations, inland relay depots and retail outlets, lube and LPG distributorships. The company also manufactures sugar and ethanol, and generates electricity. It is a subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corp Ltd. HPCL is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
