Jamaica Public Service Co Ltd (JPS) is an integrated electric utility. The company generates, procures, transmits, distributes and supplies electricity. It generates electricity from various sources including steam, gas turbines, diesel, combined cycle, hydropower and wind; and procures energy from independent power producers.
