POSCO FUTURE M Co Ltd (POSCO FUTURE), formerly known as POSCO Chemical Co Ltd is a manufacturer of refractories, burned lime and industrial furnaces. It manufactures shaped and unshaped refractories for steel, cement, non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals and energy plants. POSCO FUTURE also manufactures S-95 and S-98 magnesia clinkers, coke and hydrogen peroxide; coal chemicals; general chemicals and carbon materials; and precursors, cathode and anode materials. The company designs and constructs furnaces such as blast furnaces, heating furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and various industrial furnaces. It also executes the design, construction, and maintenance of refractories for various furnaces in making iron and non-ferrous metals. The company has operations in South Korea, China, Canada, the US, and Indonesia. POSCO FUTURE is headquartered in Pohang, Yeongnam, South Korea.
