The Williams Companies Inc (Williams) is an energy infrastructure company. It has operations in the natural gas value chain, including gathering, treating, processing and compression, and interstate transportation of natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs). The company also provides deepwater production handling and crude oil transportation services. Williams operates assets in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico, the Eastern Seaboard and other states in the US. A few of the company's assets include Ohio Valley Midstream and Seahawk natural gas pipeline; BANJO crude oil pipeline; Oak Grove, Opal and Mobile Bay natural gas processing facility; and Barnett Shale gathering facility. Williams is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the US.
