Valaris Ltd (Valaris) formerly known as Ensco Rowan plc is a provider of offshore drilling services to the global oil and gas industry. It owns and operates a fleet of drillships, semisubmersibles, moored semisubmersibles, premium jack-up and deepwater managed units. Valaris also provides drilling management services to customer-owned deep and shallow-water rigs. Valaris offers standardized rig designs, equipment and operating systems. Its customers include multinational integrated energy companies, national oil companies and independent operators. The company has a presence in the major offshore basins across the world. It has major offices in Brazil, Scotland, Singapore, the UAE, and the US. Valaris is headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda.
