Our Solution

The GlobalData team researched the brands, categories, and consumers of relevance to the project in multiple countries. It then produced a ‘market attractiveness model’ which quantified and ranked all factors of relevance to the client’s selection of markets in which to expand into. This resulted in a weighted, empirical conclusion as to which countries offered the most appealing expansion opportunities, and which factors were driving this.

Outcome

The client has already announced its expansion into one of the markets recommended by GlobalData, with further international expansion occurring over the next five years being monitored and advised by GlobalData.
