The number of active Technology related job postings in the Construction sector of India decreased by 11.85% MoM, and decreased by 16.25% since October 2023, reaching 1,659 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 813 new Technology related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 14.99% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 1,036 Technology related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 29.02% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted decreased by 0.85% and the number of Technology related jobs closed increased by 81.75%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Technology related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 0.29%, the number of active Technology related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 5.74% and the number of Technology related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 22.04%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Technology related jobs posted stood at 810, number of Technology related jobs closed stood at 828 and number of active Technology related jobs stood at 1,875.
