Representation of women in the company at the senior management level was 43% which remain unchanged over 2020.

In 2021, the representation of non-french nationals on the management committee of Societe Generale was 27%. In France, the regulatory and cultural environment makes it difficult to disclose diversity in terms of ethnicity or race.
