However, the number of executives from underrepresented groups remains remarkably low in major technology companies.

In 2021, the representation of Asian employees in Accenture in the US was 25.6%, an increase of 0.9 percentage points over 2020. Hispanic & Latinx and Black employees represented 11.5% and 10.6% of the US workforce in 2021.

In leadership roles (executive) at Accenture’s US office, the representation of Asian employees increased to 29.9% by 0.1 percentage points over 2020. Black employees represented 6% and Hispanic & Latinx employees at 5.7% at senior levels in the US workforce in 2021.

Accenture has set a goal of 50% women participation in its workforce and grow the percentage of women managing directors to 30% by 2025.
