In leadership roles, the representation of women was 10.8%, increased by 2.1 percentage points over 2020.

Infosys aims to create a gender-diverse workforce with 45% women by 2030. The IT company has also adopted the UN Standards of Conduct for Business on tackling discrimination against LGBTI people.
