In management representation, the women in management globally increased to 28.3% by 0.8 percentage points over 2020.

The SAP workforce today represents 155 nationalities worldwide. Cross-regional cooperation and diversity of thought are the main factors promoting creativity. Middle & Eastern Europe represented 31.4%, North America represented 24.1%, Asia Pacific & Japan represented 20.9%, Europe, the Middle East & Africa represented 8%, Greater China represented 6%, and Latin America & the Caribbean represented 5.1%.

As per SAP, Inclusion is a crucial part of any progressive workplace. SAP aims to direct 5% of addressable procurement spend to social enterprises and another 5% of addressable spend to diverse suppliers by 2025.
