GHG emissions are produced by industry operations such as energy consumption, product manufacture, and product use. The air transport industry has set a climate goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Airbus SE (Airbus) specializes in providing aeronautics, defense and space related services. The company manufactures commercial aircraft, passenger aircraft, helicopters, corporate jets, unmanned aerial systems, and freighter aircraft.
