France: ESG Related Job Trends in the Aerospace and Defense Sector (October 2023 - January 2024)

The number of active ESG related job postings in the Aerospace and Defense sector of France decreased by 18.32% MoM, and increased by 16.35% since October 2023, reaching 669 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 153 new ESG related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 5.56% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 303 ESG related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 152.5% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new ESG related jobs posted increased by 2% and the number of ESG related jobs closed increased by 28.94%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new ESG related jobs posted observed a growth rate of 0.66%, the number of active ESG related job postings observed a growth rate of 5.18% and the number of ESG related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 8.84%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of ESG related jobs posted stood at 214, number of ESG related jobs closed stood at 212 and number of active ESG related jobs stood at 710.
