The number of active Cybersecurity related job postings in the Global Construction Sector decreased by 5.73% MoM, and decreased by 8.49% since October 2023, reaching 6,445 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 1,439 new Cybersecurity related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 7.46% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 1,831 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 9.97% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cybersecurity related jobs posted decreased by 13.94% and the number of Cybersecurity related jobs closed increased by 25.5%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cybersecurity related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 4.88%, the number of active Cybersecurity related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 2.91% and the number of Cybersecurity related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 7.86%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cybersecurity related jobs posted stood at 1,657, number of Cybersecurity related jobs closed stood at 1,753 and number of active Cybersecurity related jobs stood at 6,818.
