Japan: Five largest Debt Offering deals by value in the Construction sector (LTM June 2022)

  • A total of 131 Debt Offering deals (pending and completed) were announced in the Construction of Japan, in the last twelve months resulting in a total deal value of over $18,718.1 million. In the LTM period, March 2022 turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $3,375.0 million, resulting in an average deal value of $562.5 million during that month. On the other hand, the month of February 2022 was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 22 deals, resulting in an average deal value of $111.6 million during that month.
