Of the 1,354 deals, the deal secured between BentallGreenOak (Canada) Limited Partnership and Xebec Holdings, LLC, was the largest Equity Offering deal in the North America Construction sector, which was valued at $475.0 million and was completed on June 24, 2021. The second-largest deal was between THRC Holdings LP and ProFrac Holdings LLC, while the third-largest deal was between Generate Capital Inc and Nexamp Inc. The THRC Holdings LP-ProFrac Holdings LLC deal and the Generate Capital Inc-Nexamp Inc deal were valued at $328.1 million and $240.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Orion Energy Partners LLC-Talen Energy Corp valued at $175.0 million, whereas the deal between Japan Bank for International Cooperation-Nuscale Power Corp valued at $110.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,328.1 million and accounted for nearly 4.72% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The North America region accounted for 45.41% of the total Equity Offering deals done globally, and accounted for 0.61% of the total deal size on a global scale.
