The number of active job postings in the Insurance sector of China decreased by 20.39% MoM, and decreased by 39.06% since October 2023, reaching 738 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 79 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 43.97% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 268 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 10.29% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 38.76% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 35.27%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 15.08%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 15.22% and the number of jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 13.49%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 107, number of jobs closed stood at 297 and number of active jobs stood at 976.
