The number of active Governance related job postings driven by Governance in the Banking and Payments sector of the Europe region decreased by 18.9% MoM, and decreased by 24.87% since October 2023, reaching 2,205 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 887 new Governance related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 16.08% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 1,401 Governance related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 10.31% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted decreased by 22.8% and the number of Governance related jobs closed increased by 31.55%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Governance related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 8.27%, the number of active Governance related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 9.09% and the number of Governance related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 9.57%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Governance related jobs posted stood at 1,064, the average number of Governance related jobs closed stood at 1,225 and the average number of active Governance related jobs stood at 2,697.
