The number of active ESG related job postings in the Banking and Payments sector of Poland decreased by 18.81% MoM, and decreased by 18.33% since October 2023, reaching 695 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 215 new ESG related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 22.94% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 376 ESG related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 27.03% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new ESG related jobs posted decreased by 15.02% and the number of ESG related jobs closed increased by 80.77%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new ESG related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 5.28%, the number of active ESG related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 6.53% and the number of ESG related jobs closed observed a growth rate of 21.82%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of ESG related jobs posted stood at 268, number of ESG related jobs closed stood at 296 and number of active ESG related jobs stood at 818.
