The second-largest deal was between Grifols SA and Biotest AG; Tiancheng (Germany) Pharmaceutical Holdings AG, while the third-largest deal was between Perrigo Co Plc and Laboratoire HRA Pharma SAS. The Grifols SA-Biotest AG; Tiancheng (Germany) Pharmaceutical Holdings AG deal and the Perrigo Co Plc-Laboratoire HRA Pharma SAS deal were valued at $2,159.0 million and $1,892.5 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between StepStone Group LP; Triley Bidco Ltd-Clinigen Ltd valued at $1,590.4 million, whereas the deal between Novartis AG-Gyroscope Therapeutics Holdings Ltd valued at $1,500.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
