A total of 414 Private Equity/Venture Financing deals were recorded over the last twelve months (LTM) for an aggregate deal value of $27,803.8 million. In the LTM period, September 2021, turned out to be the most prolific in terms of deal size, with a total deal value of $38,052.2 million and a deal volume of 201 during that month. On the other hand, the month of March 2022, was the most prolific in terms of deal volume, recording a total of 228 deals with a total deal value of $485,165.2 million during that month.
On an average, over the LTM period, 34 deals were done with an average deal size of $2,317.0 million.
