The second-largest deal was between CIGNA Investments Inc and Tritium Pty Ltd., while the third-largest deal was between Bryan Sheffield and Tamboran Resources Ltd. The CIGNA Investments Inc-Tritium Pty Ltd. deal and the Bryan Sheffield-Tamboran Resources Ltd deal were valued at $29.7 million and $25.3 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Daelim Corp-NeuRizer Ltd valued at $10.0 million, whereas the deal between DGR Global Ltd-Armour Energy Ltd valued at $5.9 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $103.6 million and accounted for nearly 13.92% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
