The fourth-largest deal was between Eastern Pacific Shipping Pte Ltd-Cool Co Ltd valued at $250.0 million, whereas the deal between Generate Capital Inc-Nexamp Inc valued at $240.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,548.1 million and accounted for nearly 6.40% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The North America region accounted for 34.38% of the total Equity Offering deals done globally, and accounted for 1.47% of the total deal size on a global scale.
