The number of active job postings in the Oil and Gas sector of Poland decreased by 33.87% MoM, and decreased by 70.4% since October 2023, reaching 285 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 122 new jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 20.26% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 268 jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 46.18% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new jobs posted decreased by 67.2% and the number of jobs closed decreased by 28.72%
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 31.04%, the number of active job postings observed a negative growth rate of 33.36% and the number of jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 10.67%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of jobs posted stood at 203, number of jobs closed stood at 373 and number of active jobs stood at 613.
