The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board-Octopus Energy Group Ltd deal and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board-Renewable Power Capital deal were valued at $300.0 million and $291.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between GLIL Infrastructure LLP; ion Ventures-Flexion Energy valued at $207.6 million, whereas the deal between Club degli Investitori SRL; Exor Seeds; LIFTT Spa-Newcleo Ltd valued at $118.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $1,516.5 million and accounted for nearly 74.68% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
