The fourth-largest deal was between DST Global; Falcon Edge Capital, LP; SoftBank Vision Fund LP; The Carlyle Group Inc.-CARS24 Services Pvt Ltd valued at $340.0 million, whereas the deal between CITIC Securities Co Ltd; CMC Capital Group; H Capital; Harvest Fund Management Co., Ltd.; Hongtai Fund; IDG Capital; JD.com Inc; New Horizon Capital Advisors, Ltd.; Sequoia Capital China; Yang Haoyong Fund-Chehaoduo Old Motor Vehicle Brokers (Beijing) Co Ltd; Dongguan Yide Network Technology Co Ltd valued at $300.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.

  • Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $3,640.0 million and accounted for nearly 28.84% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The Asia-Pacific region accounted for 38.63% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and accounted for 42.53% of the total deal size on a global scale.
