The Bundl Technologies Private Ltd-Instamart Service LLC deal and the CCB Trust Co., Limited; China Resources Capital Management Ltd; China Resources National Commission Xiamen Consumer Fund; China State-owned Enterprise Structural Adjustment Fund Co Ltd-Peak Sport Products Co Ltd deal were valued at $700.0 million and $300.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Brookfield Asset Management Inc-Superior Plus Corp valued at $231.0 million, whereas the deal between Alpargatas SA-Rothy's, Inc. valued at $200.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $2,231.0 million and accounted for nearly 6.29% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, Middle East and Africa accounted for 39.14% of the total Equity Offering deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $13,656.9 million, which accounted for 1.53% of the total deal size on a global scale.
