The second-largest deal was between Oppidum Bidco Limited and Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, while the third-largest deal was between Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 6 and RoadChef Motorways Ltd. The Oppidum Bidco Limited-Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc deal and the Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 6-RoadChef Motorways Ltd deal were valued at $13,051.6 million and $1,200.3 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Fidelity International Ltd; RPMI Railpen; SoftBank Vision Fund II; Wheatsheaf Group Ltd-SCA Investments Ltd valued at $230.0 million, whereas the deal between BMW i Ventures B.V.; ICONIQ Growth; Index Ventures LLP; Latitude Investment Management; Unbound-Motorway Online Ltd valued at $190.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $28,011.6 million and accounted for nearly 97.69% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
