The fourth-largest deal was between Asbury Automotive Group Inc-Larry H. Miller Dealerships; Total Care Auto valued at $3,400.0 million, whereas the deal between Mondelez International Inc-Clif Bar & Company valued at $2,900.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
