China: Artificial Intelligence Related Job Trends in the Technology and Communications Sector (October 2023 - January 2024)

The number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings in the Technology and Communications sector of China decreased by 10.38% MoM, and decreased by 16.02% since October 2023, reaching 1,269 active job postings in January 2024
A total of 265 new Artificial Intelligence related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 3.64% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 412 Artificial Intelligence related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 3.78% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted increased by 1.92% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed increased by 116.84%.
