The fourth-largest deal was between DigitalBridge Group Inc; IFM Investors Pty Ltd-Switch Inc valued at $11,000.0 million, whereas the deal between Blackstone Inc; Blackstone Infrastructure Partners, L.P.; Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc.-QTS Realty Trust Inc valued at $10,000.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $68,500 million and accounted for nearly 52.11% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. By region, North America accounted for 86.20% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and recorded a total deal value of $113,320.0 million, which accounted for 53.70% of the total deal size on a global scale.
