The Sanabil Investments; SoftBank Vision Fund 2-Unifonic deal and the Endeavor Catalyst; MSA Capital; Raed Ventures; Rocketship VC; Sanabil Investments; STV - Saudi Arabia; VentureSouq; Wafra International Investment Company-Sary Information Technology Co deal were valued at $125.0 million and $74.8 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Faith Capital Holding; FIM Partners; Impact46; Jahez International Company for Information System Technology; Middle East Venture Partners; Quencia Capital; Saudi Technology Ventures; Sunbulah Group-Matajer Central Co valued at $50.0 million, whereas the deal between Merak Capital-Master Works valued at $40.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $459.8 million and accounted for nearly 30.33% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
