The second-largest deal was between Nitro Bidco Limited; NortonLifeLock Inc and Avast Plc, while the third-largest deal was between ViaSat Inc and Inmarsat Group Holdings Ltd. The Nitro Bidco Limited; NortonLifeLock Inc-Avast Plc deal and the ViaSat Inc-Inmarsat Group Holdings Ltd deal were valued at $9,062.0 million and $7,300.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between Emirates Telecommunications Group Co PJSC-Vodafone Group Plc valued at $4,400.0 million, whereas the deal between Aristocrat Leisure Ltd-Playtech Plc valued at $3,711.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $46,024.4 million and accounted for nearly 51.88% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
