The fourth-largest deal was between Alibaba Group Holding Ltd; B Capital Group; Geopost; Monk Hill Ventures; Zamrud Sovereign Wealth Fund-Ninja Logistics Pte Ltd valued at $578.0 million, whereas the deal between B Capital Group Management, L.P.; Fidelity Management & Research Company; Footpath Ventures; Meta Platforms Inc; Prosus Ventures; SoftBank Vision Fund 2; Trifecta Capital-Fashnear Technologies Pvt Ltd valued at $570.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $5,208.0 million and accounted for nearly 19.95% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months. The Asia-Pacific region accounted for 30.27% of the total Private Equity/Venture Financing deals done globally, and accounted for 34.55% of the total deal size on a global scale.
