The Sundown Acquisition Corp.-Spirit Airlines Inc deal and the Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd; TLP Holdings LLC-TransCore Partners LLC deal were valued at $7,121.5 million and $2,680.0 million, respectively. The fourth-largest deal was between CMA CGM SA-Fenix Marine Services Ltd valued at $2,300.0 million, whereas the deal between Uber Freight Holding Corporation-Transplace GP LLC valued at $2,200.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
