The number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings driven by Artificial Intelligence in the Travel & Tourism (Travel Services) sector of the North America region increased by 6.17% MoM, and decreased by 5.49% since October 2023, reaching 258 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 72 new Artificial Intelligence related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing an increase of 16.13% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 57 Artificial Intelligence related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 21.92% fewer jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted decreased by 20% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed decreased by 38.71%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 7.17%, the number of active Artificial Intelligence related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 1.87% and the number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 15.06%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs posted stood at 70, the average number of Artificial Intelligence related jobs closed stood at 74 and the average number of active Artificial Intelligence related jobs stood at 257.
