The fourth-largest deal was between Hyatt Hotels Corp-Apple Leisure Group valued at $2,700.0 million, whereas the deal between MGM Resorts International-CityCenter Holdings, LLC valued at $2,125.0 million was the fifth-largest deal.
Cumulatively, the top five deals amounted to $29,296.5 million and accounted for nearly 60.73% of the total deals (by value) announced during the last twelve months.
