The number of active Cloud related job postings driven by Cloud in the Travel & Tourism (Passenger Transportation) sector of the North America region decreased by 10.59% MoM, and decreased by 14.29% since October 2023, reaching 456 active job postings in January 2024.
A total of 145 new Cloud related jobs were posted in January 2024, witnessing a decrease of 22.87% as compared to the previous month. On the other hand, 199 Cloud related jobs were closed in the same month implying that companies took out 9.34% more jobs than the month earlier. For the period from October 2023 to January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted decreased by 23.68% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed decreased by 0.5%.
In terms of Compound Monthly Growth Rate (CMGR) between October 2023 and January 2024, the number of new Cloud related jobs posted observed a negative growth rate of 8.62%, the number of active Cloud related job postings observed a negative growth rate of 5.01% and the number of Cloud related jobs closed observed a negative growth rate of 0.17%. Between October 2023 and January 2024, the average number of Cloud related jobs posted stood at 178, the average number of Cloud related jobs closed stood at 199 and the average number of active Cloud related jobs stood at 500.
