ESG: Regulations Summary

On March 23rd, 2023, the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) published the IFRS Accounting Taxonomy and supporting materials. Beginning January 1, 2023, it will be based on IFRS standards. The taxonomy layer is accessible in the issued and required standards navigator for 2023. Updates to IFRS accounting taxonomy practise for element deprecation and new common practise elements for antidilutive instruments are among the general taxonomy improvements. It also addresses issues related to comprehensive income and property, plant, and equipment, including right-of-use assets, as well as denominator reconciliation in calculating basic and diluted earnings per share.
