Consumer: Ingredient Profiles

GlobalData's Ingredient Profiles database provides profiling and benchmarking of individual commercial food grade ingredients for use in beverages, foods, and nutritional supplements. Our unique scoring system allows identification of ingredients to both enable and speed up new product development in food and drinks markets.

Our dedicated team adds new profiles (preliminary, full, and discovery profiles) to the system through extensive secondary research while also maintaining the information on existing profiles in the database. Although the team collects information on a daily basis, updates to the database are monthly.
