In July 2014, ACI Worldwide acquired UK-based provider of fraud prevention solutions Retail Decisions, adding 1,500 retailers, issuers, acquirers, and processers to its portfolio. In February 2019, ACI acquired Speedpay from Western Union, which helped the company expand its electronic bill payment and presentment reach in the US.
