Mr. George Culmer has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Lloyds Banking Group plc and Chief Financial Officer at RSA Insurance Group plc. Mr. George has also had senior roles at Zurich Financial Services and Prudential plc.

Ms. Amanda Blanc has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, she served as Chief Executive Officer of EMEA & Global Banking Partnerships at Zurich Insurance Group. Prior to that she served as Group Chief Executive Officer, AXA UK, PPP and Ireland and has served as Chairman of the Association of British Insurers and President of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Mr. Charlotte Jones has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since September 2022.

Mr. Nick Amin is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations and IT Officer of Aviva Insurance Ireland DAC. He held various roles in AIA Group, such as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Administration Officer; Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer; and Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. He served as an Advisory Principal to buy side private equity transactions. He also served as a President and the Chief Operating Officer at CIGNA Asia Pacific and Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of CIGNA Latin America, and held various management roles at Citibank in Europe.

Mr. John Cummings is the Chief Information Officer of the company. He joined Aviva as the UK Insurance Chief Information Officer in 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at Vodafone UK and held various senior IT roles at BT.
