Mr. Jacob Aarup-Andersen has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at ISS. Previously, he served in several executive roles at Danske Bank and Danica Pension. Earlier, he worked as an investment professional and banker in firms such as TPG-Axon Capital and Goldman Sachs. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of SEB Group.

Ms. Ulrica Fearn has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2023. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Equinor ASA. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Finance at BT Group. Earlier, she served at Diageo for almost 20 years in various senior finance and other management roles across Europe, APAC and the USA. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Capgemini.

Mr. Henrik Poulsen has been the Chairman of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Deputy Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Orsted A/S from 2012 to 2020. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer and President of TDC Group, Operating Executive of Capstone, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and held several executive roles with LEGO. Earlier, he worked at McKinsey & Co. in Copenhagen and New York. Currently, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of Novo Holdings and Bertelsmann SE & Co, and senior advisor to A.P. Møller Holding.
