Mr. Wang Tongzhou has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he also served as the General Manager of China State Construction Development Co Ltd, the Deputy General Manager of Sinohydro Corp, and the Deputy General Manager of Power Construction Corporation of China. Earlier, he served as the General Manager of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co Ltd. Mr. Tongzhou also served as the Chairman of China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Ltd.

Mr. Liu Zhengchang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as the director of the audit department and the head of the finance department of China Railway 19th Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhou Jingbo serves as the Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Assistant to General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager at CFHCC. He also served as the Deputy General Manager of CFHCC; the Chairman, and General Manager at CCCG Real Estate Company Limited. He was the Assistant to the President and General Manager of the Port and Waterway Dredging division at the company.

Mr. Zhou Changjiang has been the Secretary of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as an Officer at the former State Administration for Commodity Price and the State Planning Commission, Deputy Director of the General Office at China National Machine Tool Corporation, Deputy General Manager of the enterprise planning department at China Harbour Engineering Company (Group), Deputy General Manager of the enterprise development department, and a Director of CCCG. He joined the company in 2020.

Mr. Wang Jian has been the Vice President of the company since 2016. He held various roles at the company including the General Manager of east China regional headquarters, the General Manager of road, bridge and rail transportation department, and an Assistant to the President. He joined the company in 2004.
