Mr. Yuan Honglin has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he worked at Ping An Bank Co., Ltd, as the Assistant to the President, Vice President of the Shanghai Branch and General Manager of the corporate banking department of the northern region of China from 2007 to 2012.Mr. Honglin also served as the President of Jiang Wan sub-branch and General Manager of corporate banking department at China Merchants Bank Limited from 2000 to 2007. Currently, he serves as a Director of Cathay Fortune Corporation, Cathay Fortune Capital Investment Co., Ltd., and the General Manager of Sino-French Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

Mr. Li Chaochun serves as the Vice Chairman Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the company from 2014 to 2020. Mr. Chaochun also served as the Executive Director of the Investment Department of Cathay Fortune Corporation from 2003 to 2007. Earlier, he was the Senior Consultant of Tax at Arthur Andersen Hua Qiang CPA from 2000 until 2002. He also served as the Deputy Manager of Planning and Strategy Implementation of the general representative office of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited from 2000 to 2003.

Mr. Sun Ruiwen has been the Chief Executive officer and Executive Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of China Railway Resource Group Co., Ltd. from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Ruiwen also served as the General Manager of Huagang Mining Co., Ltd., and the Chairman of Busanga Hydropower Station Co., Ltd. from 2012 until 2017. Earlier, he was the Chairman of Congo (DRC) Luisha Mining, MKM Mining, Congo (DRC) International Mining Corporation, and the Deputy General Manager of China Railway Resource Group from 2009 to 2012.

Mr. Li Faben has been the General Manager and a Director of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Deputy General Manager at the company from 2006 to 2012.

Mr. Li Guojun has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Financial Director of Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2022. Mr. Guojun also served as the Financial Manager, and Financial Director of a holding company of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., and the Deputy General Manager of the Finance Center of Zhejiang CHINT Electrics Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2012.
